nominated for 5 One Voice Awards!

I’m so excited to have been nominated for 5 awards at the One Voice Awards in London, May 2022. The One Voice Awards are so special as they are setting new standards in the industry. Striving for integrity, inclusion and fairness. The entries are judged anonymously and this year they received over 3600 entries.

Nominated in the following categories:

CORPORATE/EXPLAINER - BEST OVERALL PERFORMANCE

GAMING - BEST PERFORMANCE - FEMALE

OUTSTANDING LIVE EVENT ANNOUNCER (VOICE OF GOD)

RADIO - COMMERCIALS BEST PERFORMANCE - FEMALE

VOICEOVER ARTIST OF THE YEAR - FEMALE

The competition is fierce and the voiceovers I have been named alongside are very strong. It truly is an honour to be listed with them.

What is most exciting is that the art of voiceover is being recognised as an important part of the media machine. In particular, the categories I am nominated in show how integral a voiceover artist is to the interactive experience. Whether that is connecting a brand to their customers, getting a message out to the public, or immersing a player into a world in gaming.

I will be celebrating alongside my colleagues in May, and after 2 years of struggles it will be an honour to be there in person to cheer everyone on. I shall update in May on whether I bring home any trophies but in the meantime I will post over the next few days some of my successful nominations and the productions I worked with.

Starting with the Corporate/Explainer category. I worked with German production company Gravity Europe on their film for Foresight Academy, who are looking to answer the question - How do we want to live in 10 years? Alongside producer Judith Hufnagel we made the following powerful film.
